This document concerns the personal data confidentiality policies adopted by the company Giacomo Catalani Editore Srl, as the subject responsible for the management of this site. Moreover, this is an informative note provided under article 13 of legislative decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, addressed to the users of our site’s services, which are delivered via the internet. The indications provided below are based on recommendation number 2/2001 of the Group of European Guarantors to protect personal data adopted on 17 May 2001, ex-article 29 of directive number 95/46/EC. Apart from the necessary navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to request the services offered by our company. Failure to provide them, however, may make it impossible to obtain required services.

5. MODALITIES OF TREATMENT

The subjects who has provided personal data, pursuant to article 7 of legislative decree number 196/2003, has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request to integrate, update or rectify it. The subjects to whose personal data is referred also has the right to request the cancellation, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and to oppose, in any case for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
